  Audio Conferencing FAQ

How do I schedule an audio conference?

Two ways: you can purchase a monthly conference plan or a single conference session.

With monthly plans, your dial-in number and passcodes are good for the life of your account. All you need to do is notify your team when to call in and provide them with the necessary numbers, if they don't already have them.

With single conference sessions, you sign up by selecting Single Sessions from the navigation at left. You'll receive a dial-in number and passcodes to distribute to your team.

Both types of conference are charged directly to your credit card. Invoice billing is not available.
